How to access Pro Rewards with LAL Pro

Learn how to access Pro Rewards and explore savings, fuel offers and additional benefits available through Onsi with LAL Pro.

Overview

Pro Rewards helps you get more value from your LAL Pro membership with access to savings and benefits across fuel, shopping, wellbeing and everyday spending through Onsi.

From fuel discounts to offers with well-known brands and access to additional wellbeing and financial support, Pro Rewards is designed to add value beyond simply finding and booking shifts.
​

If you do not currently have LAL Pro, selecting Pro from the main navigation lets you explore the Rewards offering and start a trial or subscribe depending on your eligibility.

Open Pro Rewards

  1. Tap Pro from the main navigation.
    ​

  2. From the LAL Pro landing page, tap Pro Rewards.

  3. Tap Open Onsi rewards.

Onsi provides the platform used to access and manage the rewards available through your LAL Pro membership.
​

What’s included with Pro Rewards?

Available rewards cover a range of areas, including fuel, shopping, wellbeing and everyday spending.
​

Current benefits include:

  • access to 50+ additional offers through Onsi, including savings with brands such as Sainsbury’s, Uber Eats, Marks & Spencer, Halfords, Starbucks and Red Letter Days;

  • fuel offers including:

    • Shell Fuel Card — 5p per litre

    • BP Fuel Card — 5p per litre

    • Onsi Fuel Card — 3p per litre

    • 20% off BP Pulse EV charging

  • access to Onsi Wellbeing, including digital GP and digital physio services;

  • financial guidance and support through Onsi.

Available offers and participating brands may change over time, so check Onsi for the latest rewards available to you.

Register for Onsi

When you start an LAL Pro trial or become a paid subscriber, Onsi will automatically send a registration email to the email address associated with your Locate a Locum profile.
​

Registration takes around two minutes.
​

Once registered, use Pro → Pro Rewards → Open Onsi rewards whenever you want to access your available rewards.
​

Common questions

  • I can’t find my Onsi registration email. What should I do?
    Check the inbox and junk or spam folders for the email address associated with your Locate a Locum profile.
    If you still cannot find the registration email, you can register directly using the same email address:

  • Do I get Pro Rewards during my LAL Pro trial?
    Yes.
    Pro Rewards are available during an active LAL Pro trial as well as with a paid subscription.
    ​

  • How do I redeem an individual reward?
    Tap Open Onsi rewards and select the reward you want to use.
    Individual redemption steps are managed within Onsi and may differ depending on the offer.
    ​

  • Why do the rewards I see differ from the examples in this guide?
    Offers and participating brands can change over time.
    Check Onsi for the latest rewards and terms currently available through your membership.
    ​

  • Do I need LAL Pro to access Pro Rewards?
    Yes.
    ​Pro Rewards is included with LAL Pro. Standard users can select Pro to explore the available Rewards benefits and start a trial or subscribe depending on eligibility.
