Adding agencies allows you to manage everything on one system and to keep your agencies up to date without endless phone calls and emails.

Section 5 on posting gaps and section 6 on the shifts page, provide details on how to send gaps to agencies.

Click the edit button under the actions column to edit agency details.

Click the add agency button to add a new agency to your list. Only agencies which have been added here can be used when sending out gaps.
