We are often asked how long it takes for pharmacies to process payments after you have worked your shift with them. To answer this question we've put together advice and guidance on typical waiting times as shown in the below graphic and also factors to consider if you've been waiting over these expected periods.

Please allow 14 working days before getting in touch about a payment query as this is the usual timescale for payment with most pharmacies.
