We are often asked how long it takes for pharmacies to process payments after you have worked your shift with them. To answer this question we've put together advice and guidance on typical waiting times as shown in the below graphic and also factors to consider if you've been waiting over these expected periods.

Please ensure you have registered correctly for the pharmacy you've worked for. Information on registering can be found here: https://help.locatealocum.com/en/articles/3274045-locuming-in-different-pharmacies-registering-getting-paid

Please allow 14 working days before getting in touch about a payment query as this is the usual timescale for payment with most pharmacies. If it has been more than 14 working days or if you haven’t found what you are looking for in this article, please send the following information to info@locatealocum.com

  1. What pharmacy did you work with?

  2. Have you completed the necessary registration with them?

  3. Please send details of the worked shift

We will always do our very best to help but as payment comes directly from the pharmacy you have worked in you must ensure that you've registered correctly to receive payment.
