Access Compliance Credentials
Open the app and log in.
Tap More (bottom menu) → Compliance Credentials.
3. You’ll see:
Mandatory credentials required by Locate a Locum.
Company-specific credentials (labelled with the company name).
Add or update a document
Tap the + icon.
Complete required fields: .i.e. Issue date Expiry date.
3. Tap Upload document and select your file.
4. Tap Save credential.
Add accreditations & skills
From More, tap Accreditations & Skills.
2. Choose a skill/accreditation (or add a new one).
3. Enter Issue date, Expiry date and upload supporting document.
4. Tap Save credential.
After you upload
Documents are reviewed/approved by Locate a Locum and/or employers.
You’ll receive an in-app notification when approved.
Tips
Add as many relevant accreditations/skills as you can to strengthen your profile and increase booking chances.
Troubleshooting
Can’t save? Ensure all required fields are completed and a file is attached where needed.
Still pending? Reviews can take time and may vary by employer.
