How to edit your personal details in the app (Locums)

Update your name, contact info, address, DOB, gender, and NI number directly in the app. Email changes require password confirmation.

Update your details

  1. Log in to the app.

  2. Tap More (bottom-right of the app).
    ​
    ​

  3. Go to My Profile → Personal Details.

4. Edit the fields you need:

  • First name / Last name
    ​
    ​

  • Email (you’ll be asked to confirm your password to save)
    ​
    ​

  • Phone number
    ​
    ​

  • Address (use the search box and select a result)
    ​
    ​

  • Date of birth (tap to open the calendar)
    ​
    ​

  • Gender (select from dropdown)
    ​
    ​

  • National Insurance number
    ​
    ​

5. Tap Save Changes (green button).

Troubleshooting

  • Save is greyed out: Complete required fields or confirm your password if changing email.
    ​

  • Address won’t save: Select an address from the suggestions (don’t free-type only).
    ​
