How to update your registration details in the app (Locums)

Keep your professional registration current for compliance and booking eligibility.

Update your details

  1. Open the app → tap More (bottom-right of the app).

  2. Go to My Profile → Registration Details.

3. Update/add:

  • Registration number associated with Registration body (e.g., GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
    ​

  • Check the Pre-Registration check box where applicable.
    ​
    ​

4. Tap Save Changes.

Troubleshooting

  • Save is greyed out: Ensure valid Registration number for your Registration Body.

    ​

  • Number not accepted: Check the format matches your regulator’s style (no spaces/extra characters).
    ​
    ​
