This guide explains how to reset your password if you can't remember it or want to change it.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Click on "Forgot Password"

  3. Enter your registered email address and click Reset Password.

  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from us.

  5. Follow the link in the email.

  6. Enter your new password and confirm it, then click Reset Password.

Troubleshooting

  • Issue: I didn't receive the email.

    • Solution: Check your spam or junk folders. If it's not there, try the steps again to ensure your email address was entered correctly.

  • Issue: I'm having trouble with the reset link.

    • Solution: The reset link is unique and may expire after a short time. Try the process again to get a new link. If the issue persists, contact support using the in-app messenger.
