How to manage notification preferences in the app (Locums)

Control which alerts you receive via email and push—for shifts, bookings, profile reminders, and marketing—directly in the app.

Open Notification Preferences

  1. Open the app and log in.

  2. Tap More (bottom-right).

  3. Under Settings & Notifications, tap Notification Preferences.

Manage notification types

Toggle On/Off for each option:

Shifts

  • Daily Shift Updates – new shifts matching your availability, location, and rate.

  • Favourite Branches Shifts – shifts at your saved branches.

  • Emergency Shifts – urgent local shifts.

  • Permanent Jobs – permanent job opportunities.

Bookings (at least one must be enabled)

  • Shift Applications/Bookings/Cancellations/Negotiations – updates on your applications and booking status.

Profile (at least one must be enabled)

  • Profile Alerts – reminders for expiring compliance documents/accreditations.

Marketing

  • Important Product & Industry Updates – newsletters and feature updates.

Choose notification method

For each option, enable any combination of:

  • Email notifications

  • Push notifications

Your preferences save automatically when you switch options.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t change a toggle? Ensure mandatory categories (Bookings and Profile) have at least one option enabled.

  • Not receiving emails/push? Check your device/app notification settings and spam/junk.

  • Need help? Go to More → Help to contact our Service Desk in-app.
