Do you need a PVG? We have partnered with Civil and Corporate to help. We can provide both Full scheme membership, and if you are already a member we can help you get your Update record for Locate a Locum.
If you require a full membership, the cost will be £69, and an update record will cost £28. The payment can be made via paypal, and is all handled through the system - once your application has been submitted you will receive an email with further instructions. We will process the entire application for you - once it goes through, all you need to do is sign and date the form you receive in the post, pop it in the SAE and in the postbox - your PVG will be received within 1-4 weeks (it’s usually around 10 days).
What do we need from you? You MUST send us the following information via email to info@locatealocum.com and we will start this process on your behalf:
5 year address history
Details of town and country of birth
A copy of the photographic page of your passport (and biometric residence permit if required).
