Steps
Open terminal controls
On the main clock-in/clock-out screen, click the X in the top-right corner.
2. Confirm
When prompted, click Yes (green) to close the terminal.
3. Done
A confirmation message will appear indicating you’ve logged out of terminal mode.
Tips
Only close the terminal when the device won’t be used for clock-ins (e.g., end of day).
After closing, you’ll need to Lock as Terminal again to reuse this device as a terminal.
Troubleshooting
X not visible: The screen may be zoomed/cropped—exit full screen or adjust the browser zoom.
