Before you work your locum shift it is good practice to contact the pharmacy beforehand to introduce yourself, ask if they have any specific tasks that need to be completed and confirm that you are set up to work with them.

The above letter details the contact email for the relevant areas, please ensure you use the correct one.
After your shift
You should send the following invoice template / expense template (if expenses were agreed upon) after each shift.
Payments are made within 14-30 days
