After your shift - Getting Paid

  • A Locum Claim form (Linked Below) will be required for all dispensers and should be sent to locumco-ordinators@daylewisplc.co.uk asap after your shift, ideally within 24 hours.

  • Payments will be processed via BACs to the details provided on your Locate a Locum profile

  • Payments will be made in two payment runs:

    • First payment run: processed on the 15th of each month, with funds received by the 17th (processing date + 2 working days).

    • Second payment run: processed on the last working day of each month, with funds received within two working days.

    • If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, processing will move one or two days earlier.

  • Expenses for pharmacists will ONLY be paid if agreed at the time of booking, expenses for dispensers are paid up to a maximum of £15 with proof of expense needing to be sent with claim form
