Before you begin booking locum shifts with Boots Opticians we recommend you follow the below steps to ensure your account is registered and confirmed with the company so you can start applying for shifts as soon as possible.

Step One:

You will receive the following link via email https://ncv.microsoft.com/ccmvC3v5yk from your agency, which you fill in online and submit. This goes straight to the Boots Opticians SAPVENDOR team who will add your details to the system (please give up to 10 working days for this to be completed)

Step Two:

The agency will email locum4us@boots-opticians.co.uk with your name, address, and GOC number so a basic profile can be completed

Step Three:

Once your vendor account has been created by the SAP team, your number will be added to your profile and set to available, and Boots Opticians will send an email to the agency to advise that you are set up and ready to book available shifts

Step Four:

If you would like to change your bank details, please follow this link and complete the relevant details - https://ncv.microsoft.com/mov6B7CPYo

Important information:

If you have registered with Boots Opticians previously, Locate a Locum will contact you to ask if you have OPS access. If you have not worked with Boots Opticians before you will need to be granted OPS access. To arrange a username and password, Locate a Locum will send your name and GOC number to locum4us@boots-opticians.co.uk If a password reset is required, Locate a Locum will also send this to locum4us@boots-opticians.co.uk

Boots Opticians will send all correspondence to the agency to be passed on to you.
