How to view a Company’s Communication Hub in the app (Locums)

The Communication Hub is where employers share key information for locums: SOPs, policies, compliance requirements, training, and announcements. Check it regularly—especially before a shift—to stay up to date and compliant.

Access the Communication Hub

  1. Open More (bottom-right of the app).

  2. In Companies, tap Company Search.

  • If you work directly with one employer, you may see their company name here instead.

3. Select the company to open its Company Profile.

What you can do

  • Read company posts such as updates and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Check compliance/accreditation requirements.

  • Upload compliance documents (where enabled).

Notifications

  • When new content is posted, you may receive in-app and/or email notifications, based on your Notification Preferences.

  • Read new posts promptly to remain compliant.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t find “Company Search”? You may see your employer’s company name instead—tap that to open the profile.

  • Can’t find a Company The company that you’re searching for may not have created a company profile yet.

  • Can’t upload documents or see agreements? That feature may not be enabled by the employer..

  • Need help? Go to More → Help to contact our Service Desk in-app.
