It is worth noting that the ability to lodge a counter offer will be at the discretion of the Employer.
Firstly, you will need to navigate to the ‘My Shifts’ tab located on the top right-hand side of the main navigation panel.
Once selected the following screen will display:
Here, you will note the tabs displayed on the left-hand side. At this stage you will select the ‘In Negotiation’ tab:
Any shifts that you are ‘In Negotiation’ for will now display, to view the employer’s counter offer you must either click on the shift date (as this is a hyperlink) or you can click on ‘View’ within the actions column to display the following screen:
Here you will select the yellow ‘Negotiated’ button.
Renegotiating:
Renegotiation will be at the discretion of the Employer. If renegotiation has been enabled for this shift you will be presented with the below modal:
You can select the green ‘Accept’ button to accept the employer’s counter offer or you can select the red ‘Reject’ button to make a counteroffer of your own:
At this stage, you can make edits to the ‘Proposed Rate’ before clicking on the green ‘Send Request’ button to log your counter offer. You’ll also be able to ‘Add a Note’, to do this, check the checkbox to reveal the free text box.
Final Proposed Rate
If the employer has not allowed for renegotiations on the counter offer then you will be presented with the following modal:
Here you will only have the ability to ‘Accept’ the counter offer or ‘Reject’ the counter offer. Rejecting the counter offer at this stage will also cancel the application as this is the final offer being presented to the candidate.
