In order to qualify for locum shifts with Boots, you’ll be required to provide details on any conflict of interest you may have with working with the company and consent to their terms and conditions. To do this, you will need to navigate to the ‘Companies’ tab located on the top left-hand side of the main navigation panel.

Once you select the ‘Companies’ tab the following screen will appear:

Once populated, click on the green ‘Save’ button.

Now that your company agreement has been updated, you’ll now be registered with Boots. To work at Boots you will still require your profile to be approved by the Boots team.

To get the approval you will need to update your ‘Compliance Documents’ & ‘Payment Details’ within your profile. To do this, click on the downward arrow located next to your name on the top right-hand side of the main navigation panel:

Once selected, you’ll be required to populate the ‘Issue Date’ & ‘Expiry Date’ before uploading a copy of the relevant document. Once you’re happy with the information added, select the ‘Save Document’ button.

Now that the ‘Compliance Documents’ have been updated you’ll be required to navigate to the ‘Payment Details’ screen.

On this screen you will note the ‘External Payment Systems’ heading, before applying for any shifts with Boots, you must complete the registration process via the link provided. It’s important to note that you will NOT be booked for shifts unless this step is completed.

Once you have updated your profile accordingly, contact the Locate Team via info@locatealocum.com. We will then log your request for your registration to be reviewed with the Boots Team. You can expect your registration to be reviewed within 24/72 hours depending on volume. If you are required to chase the status of approval you will need to contact Boots via the following email address locum@boots.co.uk.
