Locate a Locum Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Any cancellations with Locate a Locum WILL NOT be processed until the cancellation has been requested through the app/website and until our team knows the reason for cancelling so the relevant coordinator can be informed.

If you are certain you cannot make your shift, you will need to request the cancellation via the app/website.

To cancel a shift, you will need to navigate to your diary, select the shift you need to cancel and click 'View Details'. Click this box and it will bring up the option to cancel the shift. The box below will pop up, confirming our cancellation policy and asking that you fill in the reason for cancelling your shift.

Please select the appropriate reason from the drop-down menu. You then MUST fill in the box labelled 'Additional Information'. Please provide as much information as you can about the cancellation so we can process this as soon as possible.

Once you have filled in the necessary information, you click 'Cancel Booking', and this cancellation request will be sent to our team.

Please note that all cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that circumstances can arise that you have no control over that may lead to cancellations and we will always try to support where possible.
