This is a complete guide on how to review a locum’s profile prior to booking.

Firstly, you will need to navigate to the ‘Shifts’ tab located on the top left hand side of the main navigation panel.

You must utilise the filters available on the left hand side to select either ‘Shifts’ or ‘Applicants’ under the ‘Applications’ tab.

If you select on the option ‘Shifts’ then the live shifts with applicants will display:

If you select on the filterable option ‘Applicants’ then the applicants that have applied for your live shifts will display:

Once you have located the shift that you wish to review applications for, click on the shift dates as this is a hyperlink that will bring you to the shift details screen:

On the shift details screen, under the ‘Applicants’ heading, you will be able to view any applicants that have applied for this particular shift.

On the applicants display, you will note the ‘View Profile’ option. Click here.

To review the Locum’s profile, simply navigate the tabs displayed to view the information of interest.

Once you’ve reviewed the application, you will have the option to ‘Book’ the individual shift, ‘Book All’ the shifts applied to at this location or ‘Reject’ the locum.
