How to Access Billing:
Click the cog icon in the main navigation.
From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
Within the Billing Area, you’ll find two main tabs:

Customer ID Display - Your Customer ID is now displayed at the top of the Billing Area for quick reference when contacting support or managing your account.
Subscription Summary - View your subscription type (monthly or annual).
See your billing date - Understand how additional users are billed.
Subscription Breakdown Table - Toggle between months to review historical billing data.
View a detailed list of users or licenses you're being charged for
Pre-paid licenses - Additional licenses or users added during the billing period
Note: If a user is deleted during the current month, the change will be reflected in the next
month's subscription summary.
Activity Audit:
A detailed log of all user-related billing actions.
Shows who performed each action and which user was affected.
Supports tracking of events such as user additions, deletions, and license adjustments.

Use filters such as Action Performed and User Type to drill down into billing activity for added granularity and clarity
