Click on the ‘Leave’ tab on the top right-hand side of the screen. Once selected the below screen will appear:

To submit a leave request, simply click on the green ‘Request Leave’ button. Once selected the below screen will display:

At this stage, you must select the ‘Type’ of leave you wish to request from the available drop-down menu. Once selected, click the green ‘Next’ button to proceed.

At this stage, you must select the relevant dates that you wish to request leave. To do so, simply click on the relevant dates on the calendar. You can change the selected month by navigating the arrows.

Once you have selected your dates, click the green ‘Next’ button to proceed.

On the next screen, you will be able to review your selected dates as well as edit the ‘Time/ Hours’ (Please note this will pick up the default settings set by your organisation) & ‘Leave Type’. Once completed you can select the green ‘Submit’ button to log your request.

Requests will be reflected in your ‘Holiday Balance’ dashboard as displayed above.
