Before you start
Access is permissions-based. If you can’t add users, ask a Company Admin.
Steps
Open People
Go to People from the main navigation.
2. Start a new locum
Click Add New User (green) → select Add New Locum.
3. Add locum details (manual create)
Enter the locum’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and any other relevant details.
Click Add Locum (green) to create the profile.
4. Invite via landing page (alternative)
Share your company’s locum registration link (landing page).
Locums complete their own details and register directly with your organisation.
Tips
Use the landing page when inviting multiple locums—it saves time and ensures consistent data capture.
For manual creates, double-check the email address to ensure the locum receives notifications.
After creation/registration, review the locum’s profile to confirm eligibility and Instant Book settings as needed.
Troubleshooting
Add New Locum not visible: You may lack permissions—ask a Company Admin.
Cannot create locum: Make sure mandatory fields (e.g., Email) are completed and unique.
Locum didn’t receive email: Ask them to check spam/junk and confirm the address is correct on the profile.
