Agency Manager

A complete guide on how to use the ‘Agency Manager’ section of the LAL platform.

Firstly, to access the ‘Agency Manager’, you will need to navigate to the ‘Cog’ icon located on the top right-hand side of the screenshot below:

Once you select the ‘Cog’ icon, the dropdown menu will appear.

Here, you will select the option for ‘Agency Manager’. Once selected the below screen will display:

On the top right-hand side of the ‘Agency Manager’ screen, you will see the green ‘Add Company Agency’ button. Click here to display the following modal:

Once selected, the first thing you’ll be required to do is either select an existing agency by utilising the search box provided or add a new agency by clicking on the green ‘Or add a new Agency’ link.

Once populated, you’ll be required to free text in the ‘Agency Contact Name’, the ‘Agency Contact Number’ & the Agency Contact Email.

You can also free text in to populate the ‘Hourly Rate’ or alternatively you can populate this by utilising the arrows provided.

Once you are happy with the information populated click on the green ‘Save’ icon to save your changes.

Now that the Agency Contact has been created you can make edits by selecting the ‘Cog’ icon within the ‘Actions’ column.

Or alternatively, if there is an ‘Agency Contact’ no longer in use you can select the ‘Bin’ icon to delete it.
