Agency Manager (add agencies, contacts, fees, report access)

Use this guide to manage agencies in Agency Manager—add a new agency/contact, set booking fees, and control report access.

Before you start

  • You’ll need permission to access/edit Agency Manager.

Add a new agency/contact

  1. Open Agency Manager
    Click the cog icon (top-right) → select Agency Manager.

  2. Add a New Agency Contact
    Click the green Add Company Agency button (top-right).

  3. Choose or create the agency

  • Use Search to select an existing agency, or

  • Click Or add a new Agency to create one.

4. Enter contact details

Add Agency Contact Name, Contact Number, and Contact Email.

5. Enable and set booking fees (optional)

  • Toggle Placement Fee and/or Shift Fee On.

  • Enter the fee values.

6. Allow report access (optional, permissions-based)

  • Tick Can View Reports? to grant access to the Agency Invoice Report.

7. Save
Click Save (green button).

Edit or delete an agency/contact

  • In Agency Manager, use the Actions column:

    • Cog icon → Edit the agency/contact or fee settings.

    • Bin icon → Delete an agency/contact that’s no longer needed.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t see “Agency Manager”: You may lack permissions—ask your Company Admin.

  • Can’t find an agency in search: Use Or add a new Agency to create it.

  • “Can View Reports?” not visible: Report access is permissions-based; ask your admin.
