Landing Page Settings

Use this guide to configure your public Landing Page (branding, colours, content, CTAs, and optional forms)

Before you start

  • Access is permissions-based. If you can’t see Landing Page Settings, ask a Company Admin.

  • URL Slug is read-only and cannot be changed here.
    ​
    ​

Open Landing Page Settings

  1. Click the cog icon (top-right).
    ​
    ​

  2. Select Landing Page Settings.

General

  • URL Slug: read-only.
    ​
    ​

Branding

  • Logo: paste a valid image URL.
    ​
    ​

  • Company Name: display name on the page.
    ​
    ​

  • Description: short overview text.
    ​
    ​

  • Primary Colours: choose via the colour picker (slider) with a HEX input.
    ​
    ​

  • Checkboxes: pick the checkbox variant.
    ​
    ​

  • CTAs: set Primary and Secondary CTA variants.
    ​
    ​

Navigation Bar

  • Nav Bar Background Colour: choose via the colour picker (slider) with a HEX input.
    ​
    ​

  • Nav Bar Text Colour: set text colour.
    ​
    ​

  • Nav Bar Text Hover Colour: set hover state colour.
    ​
    ​

Main Content

  • Header & Footer Divider: toggle on/off.
    ​
    ​

  • Background Colours (Registration & Shifts): choose via the colour picker (slider) with a HEX input.

    ​

  • Divider (Style & Colour): choose a style and set colour via the colour picker (slider) with a HEX input.
    ​
    ​

  • Default Text Colour Override: toggle on/off to enforce a default text colour site-wide.
    ​
    ​

Text Blocks

Each block supports free text plus a colour picker (slider) with a HEX input:

  • Headings
    ​

  • Sub Heading
    ​
    ​

  • Bullet List
    ​
    ​

Pre Sign Up Form

  • Enable: toggle on/off.
    ​
    ​

  • If enabled:
    ​
    ​

    • Heading Text: free text.
      ​
      ​

    • Boolean List Type: choose from dropdown.
      ​
      ​

    • Boolean List Items (max 4) — for each item:
      ​
      ​

      • Display Text (free text)
        ​
        ​

      • Continue on Value: set true/false
        ​
        ​

      • On-select Message (optional)
        ​
        ​

      • Text Colour: choose via the colour picker (slider) with a HEX input
        ​
        ​

      • Display Order
        ​
        ​

Sign Up Form

  • Heading Text: free text.

Additional Links

  • Enable: toggle on/off.

  • If enabled:

    ​

    • Heading Text (free text)

    • Description Text (free text)

      ​

    • Links: add Link Label and Link URL (repeat as needed)

Additional Terms

  • Additional Terms: free text to add any extra terms or notes.

Save

  • Click Save (green) at the bottom of the page to apply changes.

Tips

  • Check colour contrast (nav/background vs text) for accessibility.
    ​
    ​

  • Keep headings concise; use the Bullet List for scannable key points.
    ​
    ​

  • Use Pre Sign Up Form sparingly—limit Boolean checks to essentials (max 4).
    ​
    ​

Troubleshooting

  • Colours look inconsistent: Recheck the HEX value in the colour picker (slider) and refresh.
    ​
    ​

  • Elements not visible: Confirm the relevant toggle is enabled (e.g., Pre Sign Up Form, Additional Links).
    ​
    ​

  • Can’t save: Check for missing required fields or invalid URLs/HEX values, then try again.
    ​
    ​
