To access ‘Regions’, you will need to navigate to the ‘Cog’ icon located on the top right-hand side of the below screenshot:

Once you select the ‘Cog’ icon the following drop-down menu will appear:

At this stage you will select ‘Regions’, the following screen will then display:

On the ‘Regions’ main screen, you’ll have the ability to edit or delete existing regions or to create a new region.

To make edits to an existing region click on the ‘Cog’ icon within the ‘Actions’ column or alternatively if there is a region that is no longer in use you can select on the ‘Bin’ icon to delete.

To create a new region, you must select the green ‘Add’ button displayed on the top right-hand corner of the ‘Regions’ main screen. Once selected the following modal will appear:

From this screen, you must enter the ‘Name’ of the new region you wish to create. Once entered you can then save the changes by selecting the green ‘Save’ button on the bottom right-hand corner of the above screenshot. After you have saved the changes navigate to the ‘Locations’ tab. This will display the following screen:

From here you can select the tick boxes beside the relevant locations that you wish to associate with this new region.
