Steps
Open the Shifts screen
Go to Shifts from the main navigation.
In the left panel under All Shifts, select Shifts.
2. Filter the list (optional but recommended)
Use filters to narrow down shifts:
Date range
Job type
Region
Add filter (for additional options)
3. Select shifts to republish
Tick the checkbox beside each shift you want to republish.
To republish all displayed shifts, tick the checkbox at the top beside Date.
4. Choose republish option
Click the green Options button.
Select Republish Shifts from the dropdown.
5. Set notification distance
Enter the distance (in kilometres) for how far locums should be notified.
Click the green Notify Locums button to confirm.
Tips
Frequently republish unfilled shifts to remind locums within your set radius that the shifts are still available for coverage.
Multi-selecting lets you republish multiple shifts in one action.
Troubleshooting
Option button is greyed out: Make sure you’ve selected at least one shift.
