How to Edit a Shifts Hourly Rate

A step-by-step guide detailing how to edit the hourly rate of single or multiple shifts.

Firstly, you’ll need to navigate to the ‘Shifts’ tab located in the top left-hand corner of the main navigation panel.

Once on the ‘Shifts’ screen, you will see the sub-heading ‘Shifts’ under the ‘All Shifts’ heading on the tabs on the left-hand side. Click here.

You’ll note the ability to manipulate the shifts that display by utilising the filterable options available such as ‘Date Range’, ‘Job Type’ & ‘Region’.

If required, you can further refine your search by selecting an option from the ‘+ (Plus) Add Filter’ drop-down menu.

Check the checkbox on the left-hand side of the shift date, you can also multi-select shifts at this stage should it be required.

Once you have selected the relevant shift(s), click on the green ‘Options’ button. To reveal the below drop-down menu:

At this stage, you’ll select the option ‘Set Hourly Rate’. Once selected the below modal will display:

You’ll then be required to either free text in or use the arrows provided to input the ‘New Hourly Rate’. Once populated, select the green ‘Update’ button.
