Steps

  1. Navigate to Shifts screen

    • Go to Shifts from the main navigation.

    • In the left-hand panel under All Shifts, click Blocks.

2. Select the block
Find the block you want to cancel and click the shift dates (the hyperlink) to open the block details.

3. Choose the shift to edit
In the Actions column, click the Options downward arrow next to the shift you want to edit.

4. Edit the shift
From the dropdown, select Edit Shift. A modal will appear and open on the Shift Details tab.

5. Update shift information

  • Start Time, End Time & Reason Code → select from the dropdown menus.

  • Hourly Rate & Unpaid Break → update using free text or the arrow controls.

  • Requirements → navigate to Requirements tab & select the shift requirement from the dropdown menu.

  • Location → click on the pencil icon next to the store name, select the new location from the drop down menu.

6. Save changes
Once you’re happy with the updates, click the green Save Changes button.

Additional Information

  • Edits apply only to the selected shift. The rest of the block remains unchanged.

Troubleshooting

  • I want to edit all shifts in a block: Use the Block Settings option to update the block type, or split the block into individual shifts if wider edits are needed.
