Once you log into your profile, you will need to navigate to the ‘People’ tab located on the top left-hand side of the below screenshot.

Once you select the ‘People’ tab the following screen will appear:

Here you’ll be required to select ‘Locum’ from the ‘User Type’ drop-down menu.

You’ll also note the ability to add additional filters by selecting the ‘+ Add Filter’ option to display the following additional filterable options:

Once you have located the user(s) who you wish to send communications, check the checkbox next to their name.

Once you’re happy with the selected locums click on the green options button to reveal the ‘Send Communications to User’ option. Select this to reveal the following modal:

Here you’ll have the option to ‘Send In-App Notifications’ or ‘Send Email’.

In-App Notifications:

If you select the ‘Send in-app notifications’ option then the following will display:

Here you’ll be required to populate the ‘Title’ before selecting a ‘Defining Tag’ from the available drop-down menu. You’ll also be required to populate a message within the free text box provided. Once populated select the green ‘Send Communication To Selected Users’ button.

Email:

If you select the ‘Send Email’ option then the following will display:

Here you’ll be required to populate a message within the free text box provided. Once populated select the green ‘Send Communication To Selected Users’ button.
