Before you start

  • Access is permissions-based. If you can’t see Time & Attendance or Adjust Hours, ask a Company Admin.

Steps

  1. Open Time & Attendance
Go to Time & Attendance from the main navigation.

2. Filter and find the employee

  • Use Dates, Only Show Relief Workers, and Location to narrow results.

  • Search by name using Search Term, then click the employee’s name to open their timesheet.

3. Open Adjust Hours

  • In the timesheet, click the three dots in the Actions column.

  • Select Adjust Hours to open the modal.

4. Set Undertime (Clock-in / Clock-out tabs)

  • Clock-in tab: If the employee arrived late, set Status to Undertime and enter the total minutes late & select Type.

  • Clock-out tab: If the employee left early, set Status to Undertime and enter the total minutes early & select Type.

  • Add Notes as needed.

5. Save changes

  • Click Save (green).

  • The timesheet updates to reflect the adjustments.

Tips

  • Use Undertime only for genuine lateness/early departures; keep On Time for compliant events.

  • Add concise Notes (e.g., “traffic incident” or “left for appointment”) for audit clarity.

Troubleshooting

  • Don’t see Adjust Hours: You may lack permissions or not be on the employee’s timesheet view.

  • Save is disabled: Ensure a Status & Type is selected and minutes are entered for the relevant tab(s).
