Before you start
Access is permissions-based. If you can’t see Time & Attendance or Adjust Hours, ask a Company Admin.
Steps
Open Time & Attendance
Go to Time & Attendance from the main navigation.
2. Filter and find the employee
Use Dates, Only Show Relief Workers, and Location to narrow results.
Search by name using Search Term, then click the employee’s name to open their timesheet.
3. Open Adjust Hours
In the timesheet, click the three dots in the Actions column.
Select Adjust Hours to open the modal.
4. Set Overtime (Clock-in / Clock-out tabs)
Clock-in tab: If overtime occurred before the scheduled start, set Status to Overtime and enter the total minutes.
Clock-out tab: If overtime occurred after the scheduled end, set Status to Overtime and enter the total minutes.
(Optional) Add Notes for context.
5. Save changes
Click Save (green).
The timesheet updates and an Overtime entry is recorded.
Tips
Apply Overtime only to time genuinely worked outside scheduled hours.
Add concise Notes (e.g., “inventory count ran late”) to support payroll review.
Troubleshooting
Don’t see Adjust Hours: You may lack permissions or you’re not viewing the employee’s timesheet.
Save is disabled: Ensure Status is set to Overtime and minutes are entered on the relevant tab.
