Overall Terms and Conditions

  1. General

    1. The Level Up Rewards Programme ("Level Up") is owned and operated by Locate a Locum ("Company").

    2. By accessing or using Level Up, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").

  2. Eligibility

    1. To be eligible to use Level Up, you must be an approved locum on Locate a Locum that has been actively applying and/or working shifts within the last 3 months (90 days).

    2. Locate a Locum reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may require you to provide proof of your employment or authorization.

  3. Use of Level Up

    1. Level Up is intended to provide rewards and incentives to eligible users.

    2. Users may only use the Level Up Programme for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

    3. Users may not use the Level Up Programme to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity.

    4. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.

    5. Users must immediately notify Locate a Locum if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.

  4. Termination of Access

    1. Locate a Locum reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the Platform at any time for any reason.

    2. If a user is deemed "inactive" on the Locate a Locum platform, Locate a Locum maintains the right to remove access to Level Up Rewards.

Locate a Locum reserves the right to alter and edit terms and conditions and rewards throughout the programme. The terms and conditions of Level Up will be reviewed monthly. The running and management of the Level Up Programme is at the discretion of Locate a Locum.

5th Shift - Claim a Coffee

As a treat for completing your 5th shift with Locate a Locum - claim a coffee on us!

How to claim:

  1. After your 5th shift, you will receive an automated email from Locate a Locum about claiming your coffee voucher.

  2. 5th shift must have occurred after 1st May 2023.

  3. Fill in the Typeform on the automated email sent to you when you complete your 5th shift.

  4. You will receive a voucher from a Prezee email address in line with Level Up Rewards waiting times.

Terms of use

  • If you do not complete the form in the automated email you will not be able to claim your coffee voucher.

  • The reward cannot be claimed more than once.

  • Level Up Rewards vouchers are issued by the 20th of the month. Please allow 5 working days for them to arrive in your inbox. Please check your Junk and Spam accounts.

10th Shift - We’ll Cover your Enhanced Police Check Costs

How it works:

  1. Complete your 10th shift registered with Locate a Locum.

  2. Email Locate a Locum with a copy of your Enhanced Police Check payment receipt (e.g., DBS, PVG, AccessNI).

  3. Evidence must be in the form of a Post Office receipt or payment receipt**.

  4. A team member will validate your submission and send you a voucher for up to £65.

If you do not have a DBS certificate, purchase your DBS Certificate here.

Terms of use:

  • Eligibility requires completion of all shifts.

  • 10 shifts must have been worked after the 1st of January 2022 - any shifts worked before this date will not be included.

  • Shifts must be registered through Locate a Locum. This excludes locums who are registered directly with companies.

  • The cost of an enhanced police check via Locate a Locum is only £78.20***, considered one of the lowest in the market for pharmacists. Locate a Locum will issue you a voucher up to £65.00.

  • This promotional offer can only be claimed once. It doesn't support recurring annual DBS reimbursement claims.

  • To be eligible to claim this reward, you must be an approved locum on Locate a Locum that has been actively applying and/or working shifts within the last 3 months (90 days).

  • Level Up Rewards vouchers are issued by the 20th of the month. Please allow 5 working days for them to arrive in your inbox. Please check your Junk and Spam accounts.

*Please note if you are returning to work due to COVID-19 please select 'Covid-19 Pharmacist' on the GBG website

**Promotion is unable to be applied if there is a failure to produce a receipt

***We will only reimburse DBS to the value of £65.00 and please note we do not reimburse Update Service fees.

As of April 1, 2024, we will no longer be able to pay DBS Reimbursement into bank accounts and the reimbursement will come in the form of a One4All voucher.

15th Shift - Get £50 towards your insurance fees

How it works:

  1. Complete your 15th shift registered with Locate a Locum.

  2. Email Locate a Locum with a copy of your indemnity insurance payment receipt.

  3. A member of our team will authenticate your receipt and issue a £50 voucher to offset your insurance costs.

If you do not have indemnity insurance, purchase your NPA insurance here.

Terms of use:

  • ​​Eligibility requires completion of all shifts.

  • 15 shifts must have been worked after the 1st of January 2022 - any shifts worked before this date will not be included.

  • Shifts must be registered through Locate a Locum. This excludes locums who are registered directly with companies.

  • Once you have completed your 15th shift, you must express interest in this offer by sending us a copy of your insurance receipt.

  • A Locate a Locum team member will verify your receipt and send you your £50 voucher in line with Level Up Rewards waiting times.

  • This promotional offer can only be claimed once.

  • To be eligible to claim this reward, you must be an approved locum on Locate a Locum that has been actively applying and/or working shifts within the last 3 months (90 days).

  • Level Up Rewards vouchers are issued by the 20th of the month. Please allow 5 working days for them to arrive in your inbox. Please check your Junk and Spam accounts.

As of April 1, 2024, we will no longer be able to pay "£50 for Insurance costs" into bank accounts; instead, the reimbursement will come in the form of a One4All voucher.

20th Shift - Access to Onsi

Overview

As a thank you for all your hard work, we’re rewarding you with access to Onsi!

Terms and Conditions

  1. When you have completed your 20th shift with Locate a Locum you will be invited to join Onsi.

  2. To access Onsi you will be required to register on their platform and agree to any of their terms and conditions.

  3. Onsi is a 3rd party platform and is responsible for the rewards and benefits provided on the platform.

  4. To maintain access to Onsi you must have actively worked or applied for shifts through Locate a Locum within the past 90 days, failure to do so will result in loss of access to Onsi.

Locums will be onboarded and offboarded from Onsi monthly.

🚀Fast Track Your Rewards with LAL Pro

Overview

As an additional benefit to our LAL Pro subscription, you will automatically unlock all of our Level Up rewards when your trial ends. Coffee, Police Check, Insurance, ONSI - all yours!

Terms and Conditions

  1. When your 30-day trial ends with LAL Pro and your paid subscriptions begin you will be able to claim all of the Level Up rewards.

  2. Coffee, Police Check and Insurance fee vouchers can only be redeemed once - if you have previously claimed these outside of LAL Pro these rewards cannot be reissued.

  3. Access to ONSI is conditional on your continued subscription to LAL Pro - if you cancel your LAL Pro subscription you will lose access to ONSI.

  4. To claim rewards you must follow the same process detailed in the individual rewards T&Cs.
