Once you log into your profile, you will need to navigate to the ‘Rota’ tab located on the top left-hand side of the below screenshot.

Once you select the ‘Rota’ tab the following screen will appear:

In the above screenshot, you will see that you can manipulate the Rota by ‘Dates’, ‘Location’, ‘Job Types’ & ‘Labels’.

When you’ve located the date that you wish to publish a shift on, within the ‘Open Shifts’ row if you hover over the ‘+’ icon it will display ‘Add Shift’. Click here to display the following modal:

The ‘Shift Details’ will pre-populate based on the location's configurations. However, edits can be made at this stage should they be required.

You can also select the tab ‘Assign Person’ to assign this shift directly to an Employee or Locum or you can utilise the ‘Shift Notes’ tabs to leave any additional information.

Once you’re happy with the information added you can select the green ‘Create & Publish’ icon located on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

The shift will then be published within the ‘Open Shifts’ row of your Rota, displayed below again utilising the example of ‘Wed 29 Jun’.
